Бунгало с террасой расположен в 90 метрах от озера Ильмень с выходом на бывший екатерининский причал, теперь называют екатерининская коса. К концу сентября протяжённость косы 440 метров. В августе месяце на косу прилетают полакомиться краснокнижные серые цапли и просто красивые белые цапли. В аренду можно взять велосипеды, сапборды, мангал, казан на 8 литров, заказать рыбалку или прогулку на лодке по живописным местам!
Питьевую воду берите с собой, для чайника тоже.
