Квартира посуточно, теплая, уютная с ремонтом. Вместимость 2+1 (двуспальная кровать + разборное кресло). Заселение с 14 часов до 21 часа( позднее время по договорённости), выезд до 12 часов.
Заселение по паспорту.
Для шумных мероприятий и моложе 25 лет не сдаётся.
С детьми дошкольного возраста не заселяю.
Возможен залог. Размер залога может быть увеличен или уменьшен на усмотрение хозяина квартиры.
В квартире могут находиться только те гости, которые указаны в заявке.
