Advantages:

Очень удачное расположение, позволяющее перемещаться пешком до самых интересных мест города, чистый дом и тихий двор. Квартира соответствует фото - просторная, с нормальным ремонтом, все заявленное в наличии, техника рабочая. В шаговой доступности круглосуточный Диски, пекарня, другие магазины и аптеки.

Disadvantages:

С хозяином взаимодействие только по телефону, находится в другом городе, что может вызвать задержку при возникновении вопросов по проживанию. Было бы удобно добавить гель для душа и какой-то универсальный шампунь, а также достаточное количество туалетной бумаги, чтобы гостям не бежать сразу в магазин.
