Advantages:

Квартира в самом центре, в шаговой доступности от кремля. Закрытый двор, есть места для парковки. В доме магазин пятёрочка и грузинский ресторан, что очень удобно. Квартира удачно спланирована, 2 спальни с удобными двуспальными кроватями и гостиная объединенная с кухней. Большой совмещённый санузел. есть посудомоечная машина с таблетками, вся необходимая посуда. Заезд/ выезд без проблем, хозяин на связи. Квартира на 4 эт без лифта. Проживание комфортное. Рекомендую.
