Сдается скромная, но уютная студия со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания с потрясающим видом на р. Вохов. с 5.00 на реке уже стоят лодки с рыбаками. Возьмите удочку и в трёх минутах ходьбы( вышел из подъезда, завернул за дом и спустился на берег) настоящая рыбалка! В 10 минутах от дома- песчаный пляж! Там же магазин Пятёрочка. Рядом парк Луговой с озером и парк Чистые пруды. Во дворе дома магазин Магнит и Аптека. В 10 минутах ходьбы торговый центр Феникс Сити с Перекрестком. В квартире имеется кофеварка, соковыжималка для цитрусовых, фен, микроволновка, холодильник, телевизор, индукционная плита, посуда..В ванне - тропический душ. До центра города( Кремля) минут 15 на машине.
Проживать можно с любимым питомцем.
