Advantages:

удобное расположение от въезда в город. тихий район. есть озеро с утками. рядом с домом нужные продуктовые. до центра на автобусе буквально 15 минут. чисто, уютно, большая кухня. , балкон.

Advantages:

Нормальная квартира для того, чтобы отдохнуть путнику. Для того, чтобы осмотреть город, нужно селиться поближе. Из плюсов - очень доброжелательная хозяйка, есть плита, посуда, стиральная машинка (не пользовалась, не знаю как работает), ванная, туалет, фен (не пользовалась не знаю по работе), очень большая просторная кухня.

Disadvantages:

Течёт лейка душа.
