Advantages:

Квартира хорошая. Близко от  вокзала. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов, а в соседнем доме прекрасное кафе. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. В нескольких минутах от дома большой торговый центр, рядом с ним было много детских площадок гуляли там с ребенком, очень понравилось. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке квартиры, заселила нас раньше
